Speakers Alexis James and Renee Noy, both employment attorneys of Workwise Law, PC explained the dos and don'ts of accommodation, and provided with the tools to confidently facilitate the process. Reasonable accommodation, interactive process and job restructuring are terms that HR professional should know. However, the misapplication of what the law requires leaves the employers exposed to liability and employees out of meaningful work.
