Project Ergonomics:
What is Ergonomics? It is the science of designing the job to fit the worker, rather than physically forcing the worker’s body to fit the job. My responsibility was to do just that. I recommended to implement the ergonomic program and was tasked to manage the project. After my initial research to identify potential vendors, I planned, presented, implemented, and managed it from conception to adulthood. The end result was a program that brought forth:
-
High morale
-
Low work related lost days
-
$28,000 in tax credits through donations
-
High accolades for the HR team and company

As the "Wellness Goddess" of the Wellness Program, I worked tirelessly with the "Wellness Diva" (my boss), and one of the best representatives from Tolman & Wiker Insurance Services, LLC., to create, execute, and bring an amazing program that offered so much to our employee population.
