The first step in becoming a powerful presenter is to learn more about your strengths, weaknesses, and fears. Use this knowledge to develop a personal action plan to help you become a presenter whom people want to listen to.
Dynamic, funny, engaging, likable, and knowledgeable Cara Lane did a phenomenal job teaching this seminar today that took place in the Pasadena Civic Auditorium.
One great point that I took away from today's seminar there are four things you need to have in order to plan your speech...
1. Hook- you need something to hook your audience in
2. Book- this is when you go into your main points of the presentations
3. Look- I consider this the time for you to connect with your audience, show credibility and talk relevance
4. Took- these are give-away, tips, helpful hints, handouts, ect.
Clara Lane is an amazing speaker and a trainer. If you wish to connect with her and use her services, you may visit her Facebook page at Cara Lane Speaks. Highly recommend her.
